At Nature’s Faire, we partner with independent artisans and trusted brands to thoughtfully curate each order. Because many of our products ship directly from our artisan partners through Shopify Collective, shipping times and packaging may vary slightly by item.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some artisan partners may require additional processing time during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the item and shipping destination.

If your order contains products from multiple artisans, items may arrive separately in different packages.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@naturesfaire.com and we’ll work to make it right.
